SAP is installed at almost every account we work on. However, whether it is configured for optimized logistics is often another matter. One of our areas of specialty is post implementation analysis of the SAP system, to get an understanding of how the system is actually supporting the supply chain business objectives.

Our Approach

Our approach begins with documenting the system and comparing it against a configuration database. This configuration database tells us which settings are different on your implementation vs. our previous implementations. We then present in detail the results of our finding and our recommendations for configuration changes, and what you can expect from them.
